📌 RETURNS:

• Returns may only be submitted and requested within 30 days of the item being delivered or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, this is usually 5 days after the order has been dispatched

To return an item it must:

• not be damaged in anyway

• be in the same condition as received

• be returned in its original packaging

To return an item please contact us by our contact page or by emailing us directly at [email protected], please state your order number and the items you would like to return. Return costs is the responsibility of the customer in most cases unless its an issue on our part, we recommend strongly using tracked postage to ensure that the items get to us safely and promptly.

Once we have received the items from yourself, we will then initiate a refund back to your original payment method. For MOST cards (debit/credit cards) you should expect the refund in 5-10 business days, if you are outside of the UK please expect longer processing times 7-10 business days

• ⚠️Products such as Pilotlocker Giftcards CANNOT be returned/exchanged

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?

• In the event that your order has not arrived within the timeframe of your selected postage option:

Please don't hesitate to contact us if your order has not arrived. For International Standard, First class and FREE UK delivery please be aware that we cannot track the whereabouts of your items.

UK ORDERS: Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 7-10 working days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 10 - 15 working days

REFUNDS:

To request a refund please contact us via our contact page or by emailing [email protected]:

• you MUST contact us before dispatch or after 24 hours whichever comes first

• you MUST contact us after 24-48 hours of receiving delivery
